Use of our website

Products and services

Fehu Verk provides software products, including V POS, and custom software development and integration services. Specific features, pricing, and service levels are described in the applicable agreement or order with each customer.

Payment processing

Payment processing features in V POS are provided through third-party payment processors. Merchants must enter into an agreement directly with a supported processor, and payment processing is subject to that processor's terms. Fehu Verk is not a bank, money transmitter, or payment processor.

Fees and refunds

Fees for our products and services are set out in the applicable agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise stated in that agreement, fees for software licenses and completed services are non-refundable. Refunds for transactions processed through V POS are handled by the merchant in accordance with the merchant's own policies.

Intellectual property

The website, our software, and all related content, trademarks, and materials are owned by Fehu Verk LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Custom work ownership is defined in each client agreement.

Disclaimer

The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Warranties for our products and services, if any, are stated only in the applicable customer agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fehu Verk will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the website or services.
